Sammamish Addition

For this addition, we added an entire new space to the second story of the home.

While that may sound interesting, the design intent peaked our interest and creativity even more, as the space was to be designed and built for a custom Game room.

While engineering and material procurement to structurally tie-into and match the existing home finishes and materials, the creative aspect and detail for the Game room design was an endeavor that we approached with great excitement.

The Game room consisted of a full bar with modern stainless steel appliances, built-in low-voltage custom surround system, and traditional billiard style lighting fixtures. The finishes consisted of exotic Brazilian Cherry wood floors, stained Cherry wood cabinets with custom stained glass inserts, and new quartz
