The objective of the project was to remodel for sale, with a specific scope to achieve a market friendly update.

To start, we refinished and repainted the existing kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, installed new stainless steel appliances, modern matte black fixtures, including the bathroom accessories and cabinetry hardware.

The fireplace, which was once bland white 5×5 tile, was updated with a Calacatta marble-looking porcelain tile and a natural stained wood mantle.

Updating the fireplace was the final piece to tie-in the updates throughout the home and created a new feel in the entire space.
